There are two important things to note about the daily base prices displayed in the Competitor Rate section.
- The rates are based on what guests see when they add their check-in and check-out dates on the listing's Airbnb page.
- We use a logical approach to breaking down the intervals.
- If Friday requires a minimum stay of 2 nights, we'll set two booking intervals: one from Friday to Sunday, and another from Sunday to Thursday. This way, users can easily see weekend prices
- For situations not meeting the previous condition, we default to intervals of 6 nights or less.
