From July 5-19, we experienced a drift in our rankings quality for two weeks. We released a fix on July 12 and tested it over the next few days now. So far, we are seeing better results and everything is back to normal ?


We apologize for any interruptions this would have caused. With this learning opportunity, we are building different agile systems & processes to ensure this issue doesn't happen again.


You'll see improved updates in our support responses, rankings quality, & overall platform experience.


We are also able to remove the data from July 5-19 from your account. Please let us know if you'd like this.
