Between November 8 - 13, we started to see issues in our data collection process.
After investigating the issues & we have discovered one change related to Airbnb specifically & also another problem with a 3rd party provider that was unrelated to Airbnb.
Luckily, for the 3rd party provider, we've already been working on a backup system & this was resolved quickly. We are currently live with this update and monitoring the situation closely.
The updates from Airbnb aren't as easy to forecast. Therefore we have to update our systems to work with the new changes as they roll out & that's where we are at currently.
