The AirReview Chrome Extension allows you to screen guests better.

Once installed, you will see the reviews that guests have left other hosts.

Typically a host can only see the reviews that a host has left the guest, with no insight into the guest's own review of that stay.

With AirReview, you can see what guest's have liked and hated about their previous bookings.

Using this tool helps understand the person coming to stay at your property better & helps you customize your hospitality.

How to use this Guest Screening feature?

1. Install the AirReview Chrome Extension & sign up or log in.

2. Test out a profile by clicking this link:

You should see the guest's review of other hosts show up like this:

3. To review your own upcoming guests, go to your Airbnb messaging inbox

4. Open up a messaging thread with a guest.

5. Within a guest message thread, you'll see the "Reservation details" section on the right & the Guest's profile picture.

Click the Guest's profile picture on the right.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Ensure you’re using a laptop/desktop computer. Chrome extensions do not work on mobile phones or tablets
Use a Chrome/Chromium-based Browser - AirReview is optimized for Chrome or Chromium-based browsers (such as Microsoft Edge or Brave).
Verify you're using the latest version of AirReview (Click here and scroll down to check the latest version.).
Ensure you're opening the Guest Profile in a new tab
